Fantastic Original And Felicious Nyonya Cooking
Better than anything I have had in Singapore

Rotten Redang
I placed a takeou order consisting of Singapore noodles, Fried rice and Beef Rendang. The noodles and rice were a little greasy but OK. The rendang was inedible as the meat was off!! I've eaten Rendang a Lot because it is my favourite Malaysian dish. I've had good, bad and indifferent qualities of this dish, but nothing that smelled like rotting meat. I DID taste it and it confirmed my suspicions. IT WAS OFF. I called the restaurant and told them that this dish may make someone sick, and, to their credit, said they would let the chef know. No mention of a refund, but they did say sorry. Inexcusable. $20.90 for a dish that in all probability would have made me I'll. I've refrigerated the dish and will have it tested. Be wary

Authentic Nyonya Food
Love the food at this place. The authenticity tastes so much like Singaporean and Malaysian food at those countries. I'm constantly bringing people back to this place to try the various food. My personal favorite is the hainanese boneless chicken. Highly recommend this place for anyone interested in a south east asian dining experience.

The best Authentic Nonya food in Sydney
My wife n I love Nonya food. We were very fortunate to see their advertisement on one of their cars with their website n telephone number last week. My wife was so excited n informed me of the find! I searched their website and I was impressed with their vast choice of many dishes such as the authentic yong tow foo, curry fish, fried blachan kang Kung etc. So first thing when they open this afternoon we ventured there! We were completely rewarded by their excellent n genuine Nonya cooking by their Nonya Chef! It was simply delightful! The lunch was soooo good so we have decided to buy some other dishes home for dinner tonight. We will bring our gourmet club members there for sure. We highly recommend you to try out for an gastronomic experience!

most Authentic Peranakan singaporean food
Great food and good servings. My girlfriend and I tried their Chicken Rice and the rice was cook perfect very fluffy, beautiful fragrant and soft. We order half a chicken to accompanied with the chicken rice and beef Rendang was out of the world. The beef rendang was cooked with perfection. It was full of flavour with every taste you put into your mouth. You can just tell that the food was made with love. The Kangkong was very delicious. The food was so good that we bought take away. If this shop was to be Kingsford.. it would be absolutely packed . We ordered Laksa for takeaway and the laksa gravy was exactly like how I cooked at home from a receipe cooked booked written by a famous Peranakan cook Mrs Lee cook book. Pounded rempah with beautiful rich coconut milk and laksa leaves. Can't fault on anything except that if only they use fresh prawns instead of frozen prawns it would be perfect like an icing on the cake. Otherwise the fish cake was homemade and it taste delicious. Thank you for the service great traditional Peranakan Service

Authentic Peranakan cuisine in Sydney!
We ordered Ayam Buah Keluak, Beef Rendang and Okra Sambal for lunch and later was recommended to try Durian Pudding... they were all delicious and tasted authentic Peranakan! What a gem! We were so happy to have found it and will certainly make our way to the restaurant on a regular basis. Celia

Been looking for authentic Nonya food for some time and this place is it! Very little advertising and the shop front is quite plain however inside is a cosy little restaurant with genuine, friendly and attentive service (Sam) where food is served reasonably quickly. Highly recommend the Ngoh Hiang, Otak Otak, Beef Rendang and Orluak. For dessert, the Durian Puff and Durian Pudding is heavenly. Note that for the Chef’s specials, to place an order 2 days in advance. Only negative is portions could be a bit bigger but that’s probably because the food is yummy and you just want more. Definitely a restaurant to go back to. Steven Goh
