Visual stimulation has been created with a modern raw timber bar, while black pendent lamps blend seamlessly with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the sparkling water beyond. Mr Hobson’s offers a Mod Oz menu inspired by international flavours, as seen in tasting plates like the slow cooked lamb cigars, with pickled cucumber, lemon yoghurt and crumbed walnuts. Mains are equally as impressive with options of braised beef cheek, confit carrots, field mushrooms, pomme mousseline and braised reduction; or perhaps the crispy skin salmon fillet with potato croquette, leek asparagus and cauliflower puree.
