700 g slow-cooked beef brisket with American-style BBQ sauce
800 g packet cauliflower cheese bake
1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes
Preheat oven to 200 C. Place sauce from the brisket into a 6-cup (1.5 L) capacity oven-proof dish. Shred the meat and add to the sauce, stir to combine. Top with the cauliflower bake.
Bake for 40 minutes or until cauliflower is golden and brisket is heated through.
Sprinkle with parsley flakes to serve.
