30mL Whisky
15mL maple syrup
3 pumps melted rich cinnamon and chocolate
1 cup rich warm steamed milk
Line the base of the glass in melted rich cinnamon and chocolate glaze/syrup.
Add 15mL of maple syrup into the glass.
Steam warm milk until frothy.
Pour the shot of whiskey into the glass.
Slowly pour the steamed milk into the glass and finish with cinnamon and chocolate powder sprinkled on top.
Variations of toppings: Add a cinnamon stick or star anise.
