Coffee Infused Campari: Innocent Bystander bartender James came up with the epic idea of infusing Campari with coffee instead of using cold brew which is often used in Coffee Negronis. Super simple to make at home. Infuse eight to 10 tbsp of coffee beans, depending on how dark your roast is, to one bottle of Campari for 24 hours.
30mL Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin
30mL Coffee Infused Campari
30mL Syrah Vermouth
Garnish:
Orange twist
Stir all of the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Twist the orange peel over the cocktail, then use as a garnish.
Don't stress too much if you can't make your own Syrah Vermouth at home. Any dry red vermouth will work just fine.
