Cucumber Cooler - Recipe by Alessandro Cavaliere

Ingredients

45mL Bacardi Carta Blanca
15ml Cartron Peach
30mL pineapple juice
20mL lime juice
15mL cucumber juice
15mL simple syrup
4 mint leaves
Ice
Thin, long lengthwise slice of cucumber for garnish

Method

Add all ingredients into the shaker (besides cucumber slice), shake vigorously to create a nice foam (thanks to the pineapple juice).

Double strain into coupe with a strainer and fine strainer.

Thread the cucumber slice onto a toothpick skewer and place on top.
