El Pomelo - Recipe by Sasquatch Bar

Ingredients

30mL Cazimigos tequila
30mL lime juice
30mL pineapple juice
30mL grapefruit liqueur
2 dashes Chartreuse
Top with soda
Dehydrated lime or grapefruit slice

Method

In a shaker, combine the tequila, lime juice, pineapple juice, grapefruit liqueur and chartreuse.

Shake for roughly 15 seconds and then strain into a vessel of your choice (we’ve chosen a wine glass).

Fill with ice and then top with soda.

Garnish with a couple pineapple fronds and a dehydrated lime or grapefruit slice.
