4 thin slices of cucumber
1 sprig fresh mint
1/2 tsp white sugar
3 dashes orange bitters
1/2 cup frozen tropical fruit medley
60mL Blind Tiger Organic Gin
1/2 a lime, juiced
15mL Angove Organic Merlot
Splash of soda water, or as needed
Combine cucumber, mint, sugar and orange bitters in a highball glass; muddle until fragrant.
Fill the glass with frozen fruit and top with gin, lime juice and red wine.
Top up with club soda and stir.
