Milano Sour - Recipe by The Winery Kitchen

Ingredients

50mL Campari
10mL simple syrup
20mL lemon juice
3 dashes Angostura bitters
5 drops wonder foam
1 mandarin (muddled)
1 freeze-dried mandarin segment

Method

Peel the mandarin.

In a cocktail shaker muddle the mandarin.

Add all your remaining ingredients.

Shake vigorously until well chilled.

Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with freeze-dried mandarin segment.
