Raspberry Rose Gin Fizz - Recipe by The Fox Hole

Ingredients

45mL Turner Stillhouse Three Cuts Gin
20mL Chambord
20mL lemon juice
1-2 drops rose essence
1 egg white
45-60mL soda water
1g dehydrated raspberry dust
1 rose petal

Method

Add egg white to the shaker and dry shake.

Add ice and all remaining ingredients except soda to the shaker and shake until cold.

Strain into a single rocks glass and top with soda.

Crumble dehydrated raspberry dust on top and garnish with a rose petal.
