About Federal Doma Cafe
What was once a sushi stand has evolved into internationally acclaimed community restaurant, Federal Doma Café on Albert Street in Federal. For more than 10 years, this Northern Rivers dining destination has been providing a warm and attentive venue where staff members are passionate about sharing their knowledge of Japanese cuisine with locals and visitors alike. Early risers stop in for smoked salmon and Japanese-style hash brown korokke, served with shokupan toast and organic brown rice; while the later crowd enjoys a seafood chirashi bowl of shallots, ginger, cucumber, herbs, carrots, red onion, cabbage, wakame, corn, edamame and sushi rice. Perhaps wrap your hands around a dry-aged steak sandwich with wasabi aioli, lettuce, tomato, bean sprouts, cabbage and tomato on charcoal bread.
