A skilled team dedicated to us
We had an amazing experience yesterday night in Marmor, everything was perfect, Valentina our waitress was adorable and very professional. Ken at the bar was very helpful to suggest some cocktails ( you must try the rumbarb eclipse!)
About the food, the coral trout was fantastic with different textures and flavourful.
The wine selection is the best in town, we never found so many references in Townsville before for a reasonable price (mount Mary reflexion 2015 120$)
A good experience of fine dining restaurant. We will come back for sure!

A must dining experience
We went for our anniversary. From the moment you arrive the staff welcome you in. The service was excellent. The ambience was relaxing. A busy Saturday night but the tables are spaced and the background music enough to make your conversations private without being overwhelming. We both had steaks - melt in your mouth. The farm salad will be a regular for us. The kipler potatoes were scrumptious. I had the Millie Fuille for desert ???? my husband ate the house made chocolates gifted by the chefs for our celebration. We will be back.

Exceptional
We went to Marmor for our wedding anniversary. The moment you walk in the staff are bright cheerful and have an extensive knowledge of the menu. There was a congratulatory note for our anniversary that heightened the mood for us. The food was sensational. We had the sourdough and burrata as an entree, amazing! Then spanned crab spaghatini and coral trout, best Coral trout we’ve ever had. For sides we had zucchini’s and beans. Never had zucchini’s taste so good. Tiramisu and the strawberry deserts were a great way to top off an amazing experience. Ari greeted us at our table and made us feel welcomed it was just an amazing experience. Congrats to the Marmor team.
