Begin with beef carpaccio, sour cream and eschalot vinaigrette, or harissa King prawns, garlic yoghurt, pomegranate and herb oil. For the main, delve into char-grilled pork cutlet, zhoug, capsicum and garlic yoghurt, finishing with a dessert of toffee panna cotta and lavender.
