Recently stayed here for what I hoped would be a romantic long weekend away with my partner. The receptionist was very rude upon arrival, there was no lounge in our ‘beach shack’, I would compare the thing we sat on to a park bench with cushions.... really disappointing for the amount of money we spent to stay there...then to top it off, after months of communication back and forth with one of the admin staff, there was a mix up with the duration we thought we were actually staying and we were rushed out on the Sunday with no apology or offer to fix what had happened. As I said, very disappointing for our first visit to Stradbroke Island, we would love to go back, but not to this resort.

Recently stayed at Allure on Stradbroke with my girlfriend. It was the most romantic and perfect getaway I've ever been to. Staff were really helpful with suggestion on what to do on the Island. The beach shack we stayed in had all the comforts from home! The bed in particular was super comfortable! We will definitely be coming back

What a great resort. Thanks guys. We arrived at the resort to find environmental design villa's scattered throughout the natural bushlands of Stradbroke island. With in minutes our kids notice the heated pool and resort cafe, full of guests relaxing and unwinding. It didn’t take long to surrender, relax and unwind ourselves. The Villa had everything we needed, and our stay felt like a week in paradise. If you need a quick get away I recommend it to families or couples looking to unplug and find themselves again.
