Perhaps they should mention to their guests ahead of time that Rae's restaurant requires ample time ahead to make dinner reservations. My wife and I were disappointed that we couldn't try the resaurant for dinner, despite ringing first thing Saturday morning to make a booking. Same story with the Day-spa, we only just got in for an hour session.

Also, not only was their Room service over-priced, our meals/snacks did not show up as described. Missing sauces etc. Regardless of where one may be, $20 for a glorified chicken sandwich(Pannini) is exhorbitant. Their room service wasn't as available as described, the kitchen must have closed earlier on the Saturday than expected (or so we were told).

Breakfast was fantastic.
The room was very comfortable, however for 300 odd dollars a night, we would expect nothing less, perhaps even a few more channels from the PayTv.

All in all, an enjoyable weekend, but not quite worth the hype/$. Certainly no place for an Aussie Battler having a red-hot go looking to get his money's worth.

Perhaps this venue appeals to those who are content to pay a premium price for a better-than-average place - we certainly are not prepared to do so, regardless of how financially able we may be.
