Beautiful!! but only guests staying allowed on property
Fabulous place to stay, you want for nothing. Crispy bed sheets and comfort out of this world. Only downside was ... it was my 60th birthday and i wanted a few guests for high Tea, when i asked "Private Properties" if i could have extra glasses to accomodate a High Tea i was quickly informed only the 10 guests staying at the house were allowed and no visitors were accepted. This was very dissapointing and i had to embarassingy tell my guests they were not allowed to visit!!!! This absolutely spoilt my birthday... Please read T&C'S before paying in full. If you dont intend on the odd visitor calling by to say Gooday its perfect.
Arrived to find we were staying in an amazing 'tree house' 500 metres from the pristine beach called Eagle Bay. The Tawny Frogmouth owls were sleeping in the rafters and the Blue Wrens were flitting about. Screeching black cockatoos crunched gum nuts and the sea rolled in the distance.The house is mostly wood with expansive decking and the MOST comfortable outdoor furniture. The whole house had its own gorgeous character with a High tea accruement cabinet, a chefs kitchen filled with beautiful crockery and tools for any dish and an Aga for central heating. The whole upstairs living area looks onto the bush and glimpses of the ocean can be seen through the trees. The beds were so comfortable and made up with crisp white linen. All in all...heaven!
