The roads in are really windy and involve a lot of horseshoe bends, but the views are beautiful. Especially if you can catch a glimpse of the Wivenhoe. The rainforest is lush with palms and staghorn ferns and is still in good condition. If you go through Mt Glorius there is even a rainforest cafe that sells honey mead and an odd assortment of goods. It's a nice drive, as long as you have no problems with the bends and curls. It also pays to take your time because it is very popular with the thrill seeking motorbike set and they occasionally take the corners a little tight.
