About Eagles Eyrie
Combining a first class venue with Tasmania's excellent food and wine, Waji Spiby and a range of guest chefs will present hands-on cooking classes between January and March 2011. The classes will be kept to small numbers, and will book out very quickly. The location will take your breath away, the food and wine you experience will showcase the very best of Tasmanian produce, creativity and excellence, and the knowledge you gain will be invaluable. Guest chefs include Van, from Vanidols Restaurant, Varuni Kulasekera from Chado, Scott Heffernan from Smolt and Brian Ritchie, frontman for The Violent Femmes, and director of the MONA/FOMA festival.
