About Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary
Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary at Fig Tree Pocket encloses a thriving colony of koalas, the worlds largest. Visitors can be photographed holding the koalas, hand feeding kangaroos and emus. There are also dingoes, wombats, Tasmanian devils, reptiles and other fauna and birdlife. A launch service operates along the river to the Sanctuary from North Quay. A cafe and picnic BBQ area available.

Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary is located in the Brisbane suburb of Fig Tree Pocket in Queensland, Australia. Great place to see the wildlife beauty. I like the fact that you can interact with them and all other animals, and the conversations are interesting and informative. The kangaroo are large and can be fed and have plenty of land to jump.
