About Naracoorte Caves
South Australia's only World Heritage listed site, Naracoorte Caves National Park is home to over 100 known fossil deposits, a preservation of extinct megafauna up to 60,000 years old. A number of cave tours alongside the Wonambi Fossil Centre allow you to see the fossils up close and hear the stories behind them. For those looking for a thrill, Naracoorte Caves also offer a range of adventure caving, with a selection of specialty tours also available upon request. Take a walk along the World Heritage Trail and see the World Heritage features of the park, a popular 1.3 kilometre journey taken by many of the park's visitors.
