Skiing in the Snowy Mountains

The snow is guaranteed in July, August and September, with the Snowy Mountains catering to all standards of skiers and snowboarders, from corduroy groomed runs to deep powder stashes, giant half pipes & terrain parks to cross country trails. Ski resorts include: Thredbo; Perisher Blue (which includes Perisher Valley, Mt Blue Cow, Smiggin Holes, Guthega); and Charlotte Pass (with several well known multiday Cross country trails). Ski and snowboard hire is widely available.
