History: I started my career seventeen years ago at Adelaide's Mona Lisa's Restaurant. I also had diverse experiences in Queensland and South Australia, with a role as Executive Chef at Auge Ristorante winning Australia’s Restaurant and Catering Best Italian Restaurant Award in 2009. I'm now the Executive Chef at The Lane Vineyard.

Nestled in the Adelaide Hills, The Lane Vineyard sits elevated, boasting views out over the vines to the rolling hills beyond. Sample the estate’s range of Block Series wines, which can be ordered by the glass to complement the seasonal menu. Sophisticated entrees like mirin cured kingfish, sesame, nectarine and yolk are sure to excite the tastebuds, ahead of mains like Sher Wagyu, buttermilk, green tomatoes and sea greens; or perhaps chicken breast, charred broccoli, tahini and Korean chilli. Be sure to leave room for one of the superb range of desserts, such as spiced chocolate, raisins, cocoa nib and burnt butter ice cream.
