History: 

Rohit has gathered most of his culinary education from the streets of New Delhi, which he put to good use in Love On café (one of the most recognised breakfast and lunch venues in Adelaide). He has also worked in a few established outlets in India (Diva – New Delhi and Taj Hotel Agra) and Adelaide (Mayflower Restaurant and Villa 77), where he expertly balanced local produce with international flavours.

Chillies from various regions.

Chef Ritu Dalmia and Chef Bethany Finn.
