Crafting dishes with a creative edge incorporating unique techniques, Cae Dining delivers a one-of-a-kind private dining culinary experience to Melburnians. Chef and owner Caelan O’Rourke has a background that spans international and interstate having worked in renowned restaurants including a Michelin-starred yakitori venue in Hong Kong and a Brazilian-Japanese ceviche-focused establishment. Specialised menus are created to align with your dietary needs and preferences; think dishes like a sashimi platter of hiramasa kingfish, King salmon and scallops, or prawn toast with shiso, kombu-mite and yuzu sesame. Mains such as grilled miso toothfish, sweet miso, pickled ginger and charred lemon entice, along with dry-aged duck breast, burnt butter, yuzu kosho, mandarin and bitter leaves.
