About Latasha's Kitchen
Latasha’s Kitchen is an artisanal producer of regional Indian, Southeast Asian and Australasian concentrate pastes, condiments, sauces, relishes and dressings that are supercharged with flavour. Owner, founder and Creative Director Latasha Menon’s passion for cooking heartwarming, nutritious food with fresh ingredients, herbs and spices is the inspiration behind the Latasha’s Kitchen story. Endorsed by Coeliac Australia, the entire range is certified gluten free with a wide option of vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, nut free, and crustacean free products available. The manufacturing kitchen in Sydney is HACCP certified and all products are personally handmade in small batch by Latasha and her team.
