Six-Tricks Distilling Co. on Brightlands Court is a forward-thinking artisan distillery situated in Mermaid Beach on the Gold Coast, two years in the making. With an affinity for innovative methods in crafting the fundamental six spirits, mixology and product innovation, Six-Tricks legacy is founded on rum and whisky, although there are many tricks up the sleeve and no shackles of rules and conventions. From the custom pot and column still come drops like premium vodka and silver cane spirit which can be tasted in cocktails like the Mango & Rooibos Sour - rooibos steeped Six-Tricks Silver Cane, mango, orange curacao, citrus and egg whites. With live music and a food truck on site, there is something for everyone like grilled tender bug meat tacos, lettuce, pickled onion, Kewpie and lime.
