Almond biscotti are a festive crunch of joy in every Christmas bite and we are so excited to be sharing Guy Grossi's almond biscotti recipe. So simple, so easy as a wind-down treat on one of the busiest days of the year.
250 g icing sugar
250 g ground almonds
2 egg whites
Glace cherries or nuts to garnish
Combine icing sugar and ground almonds.
Add egg whites to form paste.
Pipe with star nozzle onto paper lined trays.
Push a glace cherry or nut into each biscuit.
Bake at 160 C for 10-12 minutes, firm to touch not coloured.
