Among the Daisies - Cocktail by Adam Moss

Ingredients

45mL Larrikin Gin Sunburnt Country
15ml Aperol
15mL lemon myrtle syrup
20mL lime juice
20mL pineapple juice
2 cm piece of ginger, muddled

Method

Shake with ice, double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a small stem of an Australian daisy.
