20mL housemade roasted macadamia orgeat
20mL Tempus Fugit creme de banane
20mL The Gospel straight rye whiskey
20mL Appleton Estate signature Jamaican rum
30mL lime juice
Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Double strain through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled double old-fashioned glass, previously decorated with a banana leaf. Add some ice.
Garnish with coconut flakes and slightly burn them with a blowtorch.
