Veer from the pudding and opt for one of these sweet treats on Christmas Day or Christmas in July...
45mL Limoncello Contessa
15mL Four Pillars Gin
45mL lemon juice
25mL rosemary syrup
4 drops Wonderfoam
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
