1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 Tbs walnuts
2 tsp chia seeds
1 cup organic soy milk (or milk of your choice)
2 Tbs Greek yoghurt
1 handful baby spinach
1/2 banana
Put all ingredients into a blender, or NutriBullet and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and drink straight away.
