60mL Brix Australian Rum
15mL orange curacao
20mL lime juice
20mL pineapple juice
10mL orgeat
5mL simple syrup
Lime, pineapple wedge, pineapple leaves, Maraschino cherry for garnishing
Add 45mL Brix Rum and all other ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
Shake hard until the shaker becomes ice cold.
Strain into a rocks glass and fill with crushed ice.
Float extra 15mL Brix Rum over ice.
Garnish with lime, pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
