Capri Sunset - Recipe by The Whiskery/Bellarine Distillery

Ingredients

30mL Teddy & The Fox gin
30mL Aperol
30mL fresh lime juice
15mL Cointreau
15mL sugar syrup
Lime wedge
Salt flakes
Orange wheel for garnish

Method

Shake ingredients well in a cocktail shaker with Ice.

Run the outer edge of a short glass with lime and dip the edges in some sea salt flakes.

Fill the salt-rimmed Short glass with ice and double-strain the cocktail over it.

Use half of an orange wheel for garnish.
