Cucumberita Cocktail - Recipe by Chicano Taqueria & Bar



Ingredients

30mL freshly squeezed lime juice
30mL freshly pressed cucumber juice
15mL habanero-infused agave syrup
50mL Tromba Reposado tequila
10mL Cointreau
Cucumber ribbon for garnish

Method

Combine all ingredients (excluding the cucumber ribbon) in a shaker full of ice. Shake vigorously, then strain over fresh ice. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and enjoy on a hot Summer's day with a side of tacos.
