7 oz red port
7 oz Wild Turkey bourbon
1 1/2 oz sugar syrup
1 dash lemon juice
21 oz Perrier sparkling natural mineral water
In a mixing pitcher half filled with ice, combine sugar syrup, lemon juice, red port and bourbon. Stir. Strain 4 oz into tall glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling water. Serves four.
