30mL Sheep Way Vodka
20mL Fino Sherry
10mL orange acid
10mL maple syrup
1 tsp mascarpone cheese
20mL egg white
Pickled carrot powder for rim
Sansho pepper and nutmeg for top
Mix all together in glass of choice over ice, rim the glass with pickled carrot powder and top with Sansho pepper and nutmeg.
