280 g pink and white marshmallows, chopped
110 g packet Lotus Biscoff sandwich biscuits, chopped
100 g Arnott’s Iced VoVo biscuits, chopped
1/3 cup (45 g) salted roasted peanuts
120 g packet hazelnut brittle & white chocolate mini Easter eggs
540 g white chocolate, melted
52 g Cadbury Cherry Ripe bar, chopped
55 g Cadbury Fry’s Turkish Delight bar, chopped
Grease the base and sides of a 16 cm x 26 cm slice pan and lining with baking paper, allowing the sides to overhang. Place marshmallows and biscuits in a bowl. Add peanuts and half the Easter eggs. Pour over melted chocolate and gently stir to combine.
Spoon into the prepared pan and smooth. Top with remaining Easter eggs, Cherry Ripe and Turkish Delight. Place in the fridge for 1 hour to set. Cut into pieces.
