Eggplant Ripieni
Served in a rich tomato napoli sauce.
1 large apple
1 celery stalk
1 small cucumber
1/4 lemon
handful of parsley
1/2 inch knob ginger
Put all ingredients through your juicer and drink immediately.
Strain through a sieve if using a blender and keep the pulp (frozen) for other recipes.
