45mL homemade spiced chai syrup
45mL Stolen spiced rum
15mL Frangelico
1 whole egg
Pinch salt
Pinch nutmeg
Dusting icing sugar
1 sprig mint
1 cranberry tuille
We prepare our cranberry jam tuille, in the oven.
We make our own secret spiced chai syrup.
We mix spirits, syrup and egg in the shaking tins and dry shake, then add the salt and wet shake.
We pour content in a tall glass, over ice.
We garnish with mint, icing sugar, shaved nutmeg and cranberry tuille.
