Tempered Radish Raabu
One of the more distinctive vegetable curries, this dish goes well with fish curry.
60mL gin
1 Tbs French dry vermouth
2 dashes orange bitters
Olives to garnish
In a shaker filled with ice, combine liquids and stir. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with olive.
