Ingredients

60 ml bourbon
22 ml lemon juice
30 ml honey syrup

Method

To make the honey syrup: mix one part honey with two parts hot water. Stir.

To make the drink: combine all the ingredients in a shaker full of ice, shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.
