50 ml dark rum
1 handful ice
25 ml cold espresso coffee
25 ml vodka
25 ml creme de cacao
100 ml Guinness or any stout
Pour the rum into a jug with the ice, then add the coffee, creme de cacao and vodka. Add the beer, then stir with a long spoon till well mixed and the jug feels cold. Strain into two glasses to serve. Chocolate coated coffee beans make a nice garnish here also.
