40mL Manly Spirits Lilli Pilli Pink Gi9n
20mL elderflower liqueur
75mL grapefruit soda

Method

Begin by making the cocktail in a tall glass with a capacity of 300 mL.

Start by putting in a lilli pilli jam. Next, pour in lilli pilli pink gin and elderflower liqueur, mix them well until the jam dissolves, add ice, pour grapefruit soda on top and garnish with dehydrated grapefruit and burnt rosemary for a matching aroma with the cocktail's taste.
