Honey-roasted Apple and Rosemary Pizza



Ingredients

1 quantity basic pizza dough or storebought pizza base
140 g caramelised onion relish
250 g fresh ricotta, crumbled
2 Pink Lady apples, halved, thinly sliced
100 g thinly sliced prosciutto, torn
20 g Parmesan, finely grated
1.2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
1 punnet rosemary, sprigs picked
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp dried chilli flakes

Method

Preheat oven to 240C/220C fan-forced. Grease and line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Divide dough into 2 equal portions. Roll each dough portion out between 2 sheets of baking paper to 20 cm x 30 cm rectangles. Place on prepared trays.

Spread relish over pizza bases. Top with ricotta, apple, prosciutto and Parmesan. Bake for 15 minutes or until beginning to colour. Top with walnuts, rosemary and half of the honey. Bake for a further 10 minutes or until golden brown and pizza bases are crispy.

Sprinkle pizzas with chilli and drizzle with remaining honey. Cut into slices to serve.
