BBQ Lamb Chops with Pesto and Sweet Potato Chips
Homemade chips and chops - you can’t get much better than that for an Aussie BBQ.
45mL Widges Gin
15mL Amaro Montenegro
20mL fresh lemon juice
15mL simple syrup
1 dash eucalyptus
10mL egg white
Combine all ingredients, dry shake and shake with ice.
Double strain and serve it in a coupette glass.
Express lemon peel and garnish with Koala print.
