For The Cocktail:
60mL Brogan's Way Milk & Honey Vodka
Ice
Lemon slices and lavender sprigs for garnish
For The Lemonade:
120mL water
25g granulated sugar
1/4 tsp dried lavender
30mL freshly squeezed lemon juice
90mL cold or soda water (to top off)
The Lavender Lemonade:
To prepare the lavender lemonade, combine 120mL of water and granulated sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat, add in the dried lavender, and let it steep for about 20 minutes. Strain the mixture to remove the lavender, then add 30mL of freshly squeezed lemon juice and the cold or soda water to top off the lemonade. Stir well and refrigerate until chilled.
The Cocktails:
Fill a wide mouth copa glass with ice to keep the drink chilled. Pour in Brogan's Way Milk & Honey Vodka over the glass of ice. Top up the glass with the homemade lavender lemonade, pouring it gently to mix with the vodka. Stir the mixture gently with a cocktail stirrer or a spoon to combine the flavours.
The Garnish:
Garnish the drink with a slice of lemon and a sprig of lavender for a refreshing aroma and a beautiful presentation.
