1 banana
1 cup fresh blueberries
145mL coconut milk
1 scoop?protein powder
3 Tbs pure maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich taste)
Place banana, blueberries, coconut milk, protein power and maple syrup into a blender.
Process until smooth. Add a splash of water if the consistency looks too thick.
Pour smoothie into a tall glass and serve immediately.
