1 lime wedge
1 Tbs Tajin
1 sliced jalapeño
30mL lime juice
60mL tequila
60mL coconut milk
30mL Cointreau
6omL amber maple syrup
1 edible flower
1 handful of Ice
Using a lime wedge, wet the rim of a coupette glass. Dip the rim of the glass into the Tajin and cover.
Add the jalapeño and lime juice into a shaker and muddle.
Add the rest of the liquid ingredients into the shaker and shake with ice.
Strain into the Tajin-rimmed glass and decorate with an edible flower.
