Maple Iced Matcha Latte - Recipe by Maple from Canada

Ingredients

1/2 tsp matcha powder
150mL hot water
300mL milk
2 Tbs pure maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich taste)

Method

Use a fine-mesh strainer to sift the matcha powder into a heatproof bowl.

Add the maple syrup and pour the just boiled water over the mixture.

Whisk vigorously for about 30-45 seconds until the matcha has no clumps and the mixture is slightly foamy.

Pour the ice and milk into two glasses then top with the hot matcha mixture.
