1/2 Thai chilli
30mL amber maple syrup
15mL fresh lime juice
60mL vodka
60mL Peach liqueur
120mL peach juice
1 fresh peach
1 sliced jalapeño for garnish
1 handful of Ice
Put half of the Thai chilli and all liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
Add ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a quarter of a peach and the sliced jalapeño on a cocktail stick.
